Our Young Professional Program offers to highly-achieved young professionals, with 1-3 years of work experience, the possibility to deepen their understanding of business processes and work in an international environment. The program will be tailored to your individual career goal. During the 6 months program, you will have the chance not only to explore the functions you choose, but work actively on different assignments. Your individual development will be fostered by trainings in different technical and personal skills.
