At Evonik, we value work life balance and engage employees and their families by various activities.

Evonik China Trade Union（Previous Evonik Staff Club）organizes diversified after-work recreational activities for employees, such as dancing, body building, Badminton, Pinpong, Tennis, Basketball, KARA-OK game, cooking competition, Family Day and Annual Party. 

We take good care of our employees' children as well. We provide insurances to the children, invite them to join our family day when all the families have fun doing sports and group activities. Eligible employees's children can join the International Vacation Exchange Program – "New Horizon" and the International High School Scholarship Program, where they get exciting opportunities to explore the world in foreign countries.

Every two years the company conducts group wide employee survey to listen to employees' opinions and suggestions. The results are carefully analyzed Improvement measures are defined and implemented accordingly.
