Comprehensive quality management

Our films and sheets are used in medical devices, motor vehicles, aircraft, and railcars. Our management system is ISO 9100:2008-certified and meets the demanding requirements of the aeronautical industry to assure lasting quality.

Films for flexible photovoltaics

Solar films by Evonik combine barrier properties with excellent weather resistance and light transmission. They can be attached to the front side of solar cells with standard laminating processes such as EVA. The certification follows the requirements of ICE 61646/11.

This innovative solar barrier film by Evonik is making the production of flexible solar modules more economical. Thanks to the front film, thin-film solar modules can be produced cost-effectively in a roll-to-roll process. The film has barrier properties that are comparable to the glass panels used in the past. It not only is weatherproof and UV-resistant, but also highly transparent. This combination allows for cost-effective, durable, and efficient thin-film technology.
